The Caretakers

They taught you to be hungry,
So that you would then cry,
And made you think that you,
Were bound to someday die.
Then they gave you food,
And wrapped you in a cloth,
And lit up the whole wood,
For you to become good.
But if you dont comply,
With their caring restraint,
Or if you dare to utter,
The tiniest complaint,
Then chastised you will be-
Hungry, cold and old.
So carefull if your quiet,
Become a little bold.
